Convenient location for exploring the city.

I was absolutely appalled by this hotel's service! The staff was not only rude, but they also completely failed to have our rooms ready before the 3 PM check-in time. On top of that, we were subjected to a chaotic lobby with loud music while the stressed-out check-in staff tried to manage everything. It felt like a joke when we were charged exorbitantly for subpar food and drink. This isn't what I expect after paying so much!

We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the spacious Premium King Room that accommodated our large family and service dog comfortably. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy for our dog to fit in seamlessly.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options, perhaps a kid's menu would have been great.
